How to appeal Parking Charge Notice.
If you have received an 'Parking Charge Notice' and you believe it has been issued incorrectly and wish to appeal you must do so within 28 days of date of issue. You may appeal by letter to:

Due to strict audit procedures we are unable to accept verbal or telephone appeals. Your case will be put on hold whilst we investigate your appeal. Acknowledged of appeal will be send to you within 14 days of receipt - appeals decision within 35 days. If you remain dissatisfied with our appeal decision you can submit appeal to an independent appeal service called Parking On Private Land Appeals (POPLA)

To APPEAL YOUR PARKING CHARGE NOTICE
remember to include the following: TIME AND DATE OF ISSUE PCN; REGISTRATION OF VEHICLE; TICKET NUMBER; MAKE AND MODEL; OPERATOR NUMBER; YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS; NAME AND ADDRESS OF DRIVER/KEEPER ( IF DIFERENT FROM ABOVE); CAR PARK LOCATION; ON WHAT BASIS ARE YOU APPEALING?
It is important that you do not ignore that all vehicles are photographed by a digital camera, which is date-and time-stamped showing the registered keeper vehicle presence at the parking location.
Photographs are for internal use ONLY and they will only be passed over to a specialist debt collection agency and used as prosecuting evidence in any court case against you. We do not supply this evidence to members of the public.
